Something else on your mind? Our FAQ covers much more, and our care team is always happy to talk it through.
Which test do you use?
Our clinicians use the Wechsler scales: the WPPSI-IV or the WISC-V, chosen by your child's age at the time of testing.
Can my child be tested in Mandarin?
The test itself must be given in English, following standard Wechsler procedures and school requirements. Our Mandarin-speaking clinicians can explain how the visit works and help your child feel at ease, but the test isn't translated.
How do the results reach the schools?
You'll sign each school's release of information, and we submit the results according to each school's guidelines. Sending them is included in the fee.
How soon will we have results?
Usually within one week of testing. If a deadline is close, ask about a faster turnaround, and we'll do our best to help.
How much does it cost?
$850, which covers the in-person testing, a phone feedback session, a narrative report and submission to schools. Booking online requires a $300 deposit.
Are reduced fees available?
