Egg donation, sperm donation, embryo donation and surrogacy are big decisions for everyone involved. Our evaluations follow ASRM guidelines and give your clinic or agency what it needs, while giving you room to think through what lies ahead.
Evaluations are available by secure telehealth or in person, in English or Mandarin, and reports reach your clinic or agency within 7 business days.

Who we evaluate
We work with everyone involved in third-party reproduction:
Intended parents
A counseling session of 60 to 90 minutes, in person or by telehealth, recommended by ASRM before donation.
Egg and sperm donors
Testing and an interview, with your spouse or partner, to make sure you understand the process and its risks.
Donor recipients
Testing and an interview with you and your partner about readiness for a child who isn't genetically related to one or both of you.
Gestational carriers
Personality testing and a 2 to 3 hour structured interview, with your spouse or partner joining part of it.
Embryo donation
Evaluations for donating or receiving embryos, following your clinic's or agency's process.
Facing fertility decisions
Support for anyone navigating infertility treatment and the choices that come with it.
How it works
We follow the process your clinic or agency sets.

Do your evaluations follow ASRM guidelines?
Yes. Our evaluations follow guidelines from the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), and the exact process is set by your referring clinic or agency.
What does the interview cover?
Your reproductive and mental health history, family background and support, stress and time demands, and how you think about third-party reproduction, including consent, boundaries and future disclosure to children.
How fast will my clinic or agency get the report?
Within 7 business days of completion. If you need it sooner, rush service delivers it within 3 business days for an additional $150.
How much does it cost?
Evaluations start at $800. If more time is needed, such as extra sessions, collateral interviews, extended testing or an addendum, it's $350 per clinical hour, prorated in 15-minute steps, and only with your consent. Fees are due at the time of service.
Will insurance cover it?
Many plans cover psychological testing but may not cover third-party reproduction evaluations, so please check with your insurer before your appointment. We're out of network for all insurance plans, and can provide a superbill on request.
Is the evaluation available in Mandarin?
Yes. Evaluations are offered in English and Mandarin by licensed bilingual psychologists.
