About

Hi, I’m Dr. Liang, a psychiatrist and the medical director of Mind & Body Garden. I see clients by video in California and in person at our office in San Diego.

My practice is a concierge psychiatric practice: exceptional, personalized psychiatric care.

How I work

I practice medicine through a collaborative “teamwork” model. Always respecting your values and treatment goals, I bring medical knowledge, experience, and guidance to help you reach the best outcome. My approach is evidence-based and holistic. Together, we’ll build the best treatment plan for you, including the simplest, most effective, and sustainable medication regimen when one is needed.
