About

Hi, I’m Jing, a licensed psychologist. I see clients in English and Mandarin, by video in California and in person at our office in Los Altos.

As an Asian American, I bring a personal understanding of cultural differences and social justice to my work. I work with adults, children, adolescents, and families, and I have extensive experience supporting children and teens in school settings through academic, social, and developmental challenges.

How I work

Many of the challenges people bring to therapy are rooted in early life experiences and long-standing emotional patterns. In our work together, I offer a space to understand those patterns and develop healthier, more balanced ways of living.

  • Individual psychotherapy
  • Couple therapy informed by sex therapy
  • Family therapy
  • Psychological and neuropsychological assessment

Alongside therapy, I conduct assessments for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, IQ, and giftedness, in English or Mandarin.

What we can work on

  • Anxiety
  • Insomnia
  • Trauma
  • Grief and loss
  • Work stress
  • Relationship challenges
  • Family-of-origin issues
  • Self-worth
  • ADHD, autism, and IQ assessment

I hope to walk alongside you through life’s difficult moments, supporting your healing and helping you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and inner freedom.
