About

Hi, I’m Natasha, a licensed clinical social worker. I see clients by video in California, Iowa, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

For more than a decade I’ve worked in mental health, offering individual, family, and group therapy in community mental health centers, schools, healthcare settings, a prison, and private practice. I have a deep passion for mental health advocacy and holistic healing, and I work with adults, teens, and families from many backgrounds.

How I work

I aim to build a strong therapeutic relationship rooted in trust and mutual respect, with warmth, empathy, and sensitivity to culture. I bring together several approaches to create a safe and empowering space.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Solution-focused therapy
  • Mindfulness
  • Trauma-informed care

My goal is to help you meet life’s challenges with resilience, self-awareness, and emotional strength, and to leave with the tools and confidence for lasting well-being.

What we can work on

  • Teen mental health
  • Family conflict
  • Depression and other mood concerns
  • Anxiety
  • Trauma
  • Relationship conflict
  • Self-esteem
  • Life transitions
