Communities We Serve · Neurodivergent
Neurodivergent-affirming therapy, for the way your mind works.
Maybe you've always felt you were working twice as hard to keep up, or that the world was built for someone else's brain. ADHD, autism and other kinds of neurodivergence aren't flaws to fix. They're different ways of thinking, with real strengths and real challenges.
Our clinicians offer neurodivergent-affirming therapy for adults, teens and children, and ADHD and autism evaluations when you'd like clarity. Together we'll build on what works for you, rather than asking you to be someone else.
What neurodivergent clients often bring to us
These are some of the things people most often bring to us. If what you're carrying isn't listed here, you're just as welcome.
A diagnosis later in life
Finding out as an adult that you have ADHD or are autistic can bring relief, grief and a lot of questions. We help you make sense of your story.
Focus, time and follow-through
Deadlines, clutter, forgotten tasks and the shame that follows. We help you find systems that fit your brain, not someone else's.
Burnout and masking
The exhaustion of hiding your differences to fit in at school or work. We help you find places to unmask and rest.
Sensory and social overwhelm
Noise, crowds, small talk and unwritten rules that drain your energy. We help you understand your needs and ask for them.
Relationships
Misunderstandings with partners, friends or family about attention, communication or routines. We help everyone understand each other better.
Anxiety and low mood
Many neurodivergent people also live with anxiety or depression, often after years of feeling misunderstood. We care for the whole picture.

Questions neurodivergent clients often ask
Something else on your mind? Our FAQ covers much more, and our intake team is always happy to talk it through.
Can I be evaluated for ADHD or autism as an adult?
Yes. Many people are first evaluated as adults, often after years of wondering. An evaluation can bring clarity and open the door to the right support.
Do I need a diagnosis to start therapy?
No. You're welcome whether you've been diagnosed, are still wondering, or simply recognize yourself in the experiences above.
What does neurodivergent-affirming mean?
It means we see ADHD and autism as differences, not defects. Your clinician won't try to make you seem "normal". Instead, they'll help you understand yourself, ease what's hard and build on what you do well.
Can you help my child and our family?
Yes. We offer evaluations and therapy for children and teens, along with support for parents, so the whole family can work together.
Does insurance cover evaluations?
Coverage for evaluations varies from plan to plan, and most insurers need to approve testing in advance, so ask yours before you begin. Our intake team will explain the costs clearly before you book.
